Duncan Barnes is a Chartered Accountant of longstanding, who joined Davidsons in 2022. He specialises in the business, accounting and tax affairs of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), including their financial reporting, sale and purchase, valuation, financing, re-organisation and succession arrangements.
Duncan also has a background in training, writing and delivering seminars for Family Law practitioners and accountants on Business Valuation in Divorce, Understanding Accounts, Understanding Form E Disclosures, and the Accountant’s role in Financial Remedy Applications.
